Cyber Insurance: More than a Checkbox Exercise

Some problems can’t be solved down a phone line. When hardware fails, a new starter needs setting up, or your meeting room AV won’t cooperate before a client visit, you need an engineer standing in front of the problem, not just talking you through it.
Our onsite IT support puts a real, UK based engineer in your office when you need one, backed by the same proactive monitoring and helpdesk that keeps the rest of your IT running quietly in the background.
We consistently achieve an NPS of 87+ for customer service — a score widely recognised as world‑class in the managed IT services industry.
No call centre hand offs. The engineer who visits your office is the same team looking after your systems remotely.
Our team are fully in-house and 100% UK based, ensuring consistent service quality, strong internal communication & accountability.
Founded in 1987 and 100% independently owned, we've been fixing IT problems in Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex offices for almost four decades.
Most day to day IT issues can be fixed remotely, and our helpdesk resolves the majority of tickets without anyone leaving their desk. But some jobs need hands on your hardware, in your building, in person.
Our onsite support engineers handle the physical side of your IT: setting up new starters, moving and installing hardware, fixing what can’t be diagnosed remotely, and being on hand for the moments that matter, like office moves, audits, or a critical system going down.
You can have an engineer visit on a scheduled basis (daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on the size of your team), or call one out as and when you need one. Either way, it’s covered by clear, published pricing, not a surprise call out fee.
Onsite support covers everything that needs a person in the room, not just a phone line. It’s included from day one, alongside your remote helpdesk, with no separate call out charges to worry about.
Face to face support for issues that are quicker to fix in person than to talk through remotely, from stubborn hardware faults to tricky peripheral setups.
Your engineer sets up new joiners on site, from device provisioning to desk setup, and handles secure offboarding when staff leave.
From new PC rollouts to office relocations, our in house repair centre and onsite team keep hardware changes smooth and downtime minimal.
We set up, test and support meeting room technology and conferencing equipment so it works when your clients are in the room.
Onsite engineers handle network cabinet work, structured cabling, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting where physical access is needed.
Printers, scanners, docking stations and other office peripherals get set up, configured and fixed in person, so nothing sits broken because it's too fiddly to sort remotely.
Choose a regular visit schedule that suits your team size, or call on us when something needs a person on site. Both are built into transparent, published pricing.
A free, no obligation consultation to understand your office setup, your team size, and how often you're likely to need someone on site.
Your dedicated technical contact visits your office, meets your team, and sets up asset labelling and contact details so support is easy to reach.
We agree a visit schedule that fits your business, whether that's a set day each week or a call out arrangement for when you need one.
Our helpdesk and onsite engineers work as one team. You get a monthly report on what's been done, on site and remotely, so nothing happens without you knowing.
Whether it’s a one off hardware fault or a regular presence in your office, tell us what you need and we’ll build a support plan around it.
If you need someone today, give our team a call on 0333 038 9070. Or, if you wish to learn more about our onsite services, fill in the contact form, and we will be in touch straight away.
From floppy disks to fully managed IT & software development — we've been at the forefront of technology since.
Jack and the Disking Team have provided absolutely excellent support since we switched our IT Services and VOIP system over to them around a year ago. They are experts at all they do and it has been a breath of fresh air to our entire company since we began using them. Thank you Jack, Charlie, Ben and the entire disking team for your continued support. We look forward to continuing our partnership with you into the future!
Ollie Hickman Finance Officer - Multipix Imaging Components LtdDisking’s customer service is outstanding, and their services are exactly what have always looked for in an IT provider. I was very pleased with the service received from Disking, and very impressed with the quality of the service received. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.
Paul Herbert IT Manager - Tangmere Military Aviation MuseumWe are very impressed with the service offered by Disking. They are very responsive in dealing with our technical queries and their staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have also had cause to buy various pieces of hardware from them, and the prices they offer are competitive and we entirely trust they have the knowledge that we lack when selecting what we need.
Bramshott & Liphook Parish Council Jane Sawyer - Parish Clerk/RFOWe engaged Disking in November 2022 and haven’t looked back – they have been absolutely brilliant. They have taken over almost all the day to day admin/support associated with our IT infrastructure, freeing me up to focus on other areas (IT is far from my specialist subject!). They supported the migration from Google to Microsoft and have helped us to source and configure several new laptops and a wireless display. Configuring the latter proved really tricky but they persevered and managed to find a solution – they even followed up subsequently to check all was well. Jack has been absolutely brilliant, as has Charlie. Really impressive service and well worth the money.
Chisholm Design Ltd Robert Chisholm - DirectorWe got in touch last year with Disking when we were looking to review our business IT Solutions and if we could improve how we managed our IT. They came recommended to us by another business and I am pleased to say we have been working with them for 6 months and are very happy with the service level. From the initial enquiry, Jack in particular was very helpful and understood what we needed as a business, no question was too silly (I don’t pretend to be an expert in IT) and this really helped us work through what support would best suit our business and how affordable that would be. Switching to Disking as a new provider was made easy by the team and was a lot less disruptive to the business than I had anticipated. We are enjoying being a fully managed client and would definitely recommend.

I have been a customer of Disking for 10 years or so. Over this period they have purchased and set up several phones, iPads and a Personal Computer. On each occasion it was at a competitive price and with great service. I have recently had a problem with a significant quantity of music "stuck on my old iPod", following my uploading to iTunes from CDs about 10 years ago, which the system would not allow me to synchronise back to my phone. Charlie of Disking Liphook researched the problem, and was able to make the music available through my phone. His support and initiative was superb. Thank you.Posted on Google![]()

Hello. I have just purchased a Canon PIXMA TS3450 printer from Disking in Hindhead. I would like to thank Jack Calloway for his time and expert advice before I purchased the printer as to which printer I should buy and indeed his kindness and help when I was trying to connect it to my laptop. I managed to set up the printer on my own but was getting frustrated with the connection. Jack was a complete star and guided me through the process calmly and with great efficiency. As I am nearly 70years old - this meant the world to me and I now have a working printer!!! Thank you Jack.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Read some of our frequently asked questions on our onsite & in house IT support services.
Most day to day tickets are resolved remotely, but our engineers visit your office for hardware issues, installs, onboarding, and anything that needs hands on access, either on a scheduled basis or when you call one out.
As often as your business needs. Some clients have a set visit each week or fortnight, others prefer to call us out only when required. We agree a schedule that fits your team size and budget.
Onsite support is built into our published pricing tiers rather than charged as a separate call out fee, so you're not caught out by surprise costs when you need a visit.
Response times depend on the priority of the issue and your service agreement, but our engineers are based locally across Surrey, Hampshire, West Sussex and London, so we're rarely far from your site.
Yes. Alongside our core coverage across Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex, we support London based offices with scheduled and on demand onsite visits from the same local engineering team.
Anything that needs physical access: hardware repairs, new device setup, network cabinet and cabling work, meeting room and AV support, office moves, and desk side troubleshooting for issues that are faster to fix in person.
Yes. We set up new joiners' devices and desks on site and handle secure offboarding when staff leave, so nothing is left half finished.
Yes, our onsite team plans and manages the IT side of office moves, from network cabling to hardware relocation, to keep disruption to a minimum.
Yes, this is our core coverage area, and it's where our engineers are based, so visits don't involve long travel times, London included.
Both. We tailor visit frequency and scope to the size of your team, so a 10 person office and a 200 person office both get a plan that makes sense for them.
