Disking IT has been trading since 1987, and we’ve stayed independent the whole way through. No private equity backer is dictating targets from a spreadsheet. That means decisions here are made by people who actually work with clients and colleagues day to day, not by an investment committee three ownership layers removed.
Being independent also means we can invest in what actually helps our team and our clients, rather than what looks good in a portfolio review. We build our own tools (including our proprietary Central ERP platform), hold Cyber Essentials Plus certification, and publish our pricing openly rather than hiding it behind a “call us for a quote” wall. We’re based at Unit 10, Beaver Industrial Estate, Liphook, Hampshire, with a team supporting clients across Surrey, Hampshire, and West Sussex. It’s a close-knit team where new starters aren’t just a ticket number, they’re someone the rest of us will actually get to know.
