Central ERP is a cloud‑hosted business management platform, designed to replace fragmented systems, spreadsheets, and manual workflows with one unified platform that grows with your business.
Unlike off‑the‑shelf ERP solutions that force you to adapt your processes, Central is built around real operational workflows, refined through live pilot deployments with UK businesses. The result is a practical, scalable system that delivers immediate value — without enterprise‑level complexity or cost
Keep all customers, contacts, and interactions in one place. Track enquiries, sales leads, ongoing work, and historical activity with a complete, auditable customer record.
Create and manage quotations, sales orders, and invoices from a single system — including invoices due, sent, or in progress — removing the need for separate accounting or document tools.
Design custom workflows that reflect how your business actually operates. Automate task creation, role‑based assignments, approvals, and status changes to reduce manual admin and improve consistency.
Track stock, assets, transfers, and equipment usage across teams or locations. Central supports developing asset management modules tailored to operational and compliance requirements.
Manage staff records, rotas, holiday requests, and timesheets within Central. Export worked hours for payroll and reporting, replacing disconnected HR systems.
Central provides a real‑time view of your operations — from sales activity and workload to staffing and performance — enabling better decisions with less effort.
Central gives you a real‑time view of your business, turning day‑to‑day data into clear, actionable insight so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Built to scale alongside your business, Central ERP adapts as you grow — giving you the functionality you need today, with room to expand tomorrow.
Supporting over 140 organisations across multiple sectors, we began to notice a common challenge. Despite their differences, many businesses were struggling with the same issue, disconnected systems, no single platform for managing the business, and teams forced to juggle multiple tools just to get work done.
Central was originally developed in 2014 as an internal system for us, by us, designed to manage the wide range of services and solutions we deliver as a group. Over time, as more customers asked the same question: “What would you recommend?”. It became clear that this problem wasn’t unique to us.
So we went back to the drawing board and rebuilt Central from the ground up. The result is a true ERP platform, built to be flexible, sector‑agnostic, and configurable around any tasks, automations, or processes — and most importantly, affordable for growing SMEs.
