Technical Director & Head of Department
Partner
Jack has served as our Technical Director since 2020, and heads the IT Support, Security & Telecom’s department.
Jack’s career in IT started working 2014, founding his first company 2019.
After COVID-19, Jack merged KVRCloud Ltd, an IT support & cloud solution service provider with Disking International Ltd, creating the Disking IT Support, Security & Telecom’s department.
Jack has led the department through its growth and has assisted over 250 businesses, non-profits, and local authorities with their IT.

Mark has served as our Operations Director since 2012, and previously served in numerous roles, all the way back to our founding date in 1987.
Paired with Rodger as a core member of the family business, Mark started from day 1, back when Disking distributed our brand of floppy disks, called Banana, and built Intel Pentium slot 1 & slot 2 desktop personal computers.
It’s no secret that IT is one of the fastest growing and changing sectors, and Disking is no different. Mark has seen the substantial change in the IT sector and has shaped the business around this.
Mark now heads the general operations, including the development and growth of our customers.
Sales & Marketing Director

Rodger has served as our Sales & Marketing Director since 2017, and like Mark, has served in numerous roles all the way back to our founding date in 1987.
Paired with Mark as a core member of the family business, Rodger also started from day 1, assisting with the sales and marketing of our floppy disk brand, Banana, and sales of personal computers.
Like IT, the way of sales & marketing has always changed throughout history, and Rodger has shaped the way for Disking in sales, assisting with building new services and departments within the company.
Senior Onsite Engineer
Tim has been working in the IT sector since 1998, previously as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
Tim joined the team in 2018, working with our technical support engineers as well as on-site support and installations of your networking, CCTV & broadband services.
Helpdesk Coordinator
Charlie joined us in 2022 as a Level 3 Technical Support apprentice, working his way from the ground up.
Charlie is now a qualified Microsoft Technical Engineer, achieving the AZ900 & MS900 certifications, along with being a certified engineer from our solution partners, including 3CX, ESET & NinjaRMM.
Charlie supports our technical support team, managing customer requests and issues, managing resolutions and ensuring the highest level of customer support and service.
Operations Manager
Stuart Jones first joined Disking in 2016, working as Warehouse Manager and B2B Account Manager before returning in 2025 as our Operations Manager.
In his current role, Stuart oversees the MSP division, ensuring customers, tickets, and teams consistently meet their SLAs. With a strong focus on efficiency and service quality, he keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly and effectively.
Organised, approachable, and results-driven, Stuart plays a key role in maintaining high standards across the business – making sure everything stays on track behind the scenes.

Technical Sales Account Manager
Kian joined Disking in 2023, beginning his journey within our Disking Computers retail division. During his time there, he developed a strong reputation for friendly, reliable customer service and built extensive experience supporting customers with a wide range of technology needs.
In 2026, Kian transitioned into the Disking IT division, bringing with him several years of hands‑on customer service and sales experience. His background, combined with his passion for technology, makes him a valuable addition to the team as he continues to support our clients across all areas of IT.
Senior Onsite Engineer
Max has been a core member of the team since 2015, and leads the way with our installations and onsite technical support.
Max provides a superior quality of work in installations and technical services, helping with the design and implementation of our installations for customers, including networking, CCTV, broadband and more.
Purchasing & Procurement Manager
Joe joined the team in 2023, supporting the sales and purchasing of products for our customers.
Joe heads the supply of hardware & software to our customers, as well as managing the relationships with our suppliers and product manufacturers such as HP, Dell & Lenovo.
Any computer, peripheral or software that you purchase from us, Joe has helped supply!
Senior Software Developer
Sam joined us in 2022, supporting our clients with software-as-a-service solutions, such as Microsoft 365 and custom applications. Sam also provides technical support.
Sam is also highly experienced with common programming languages including PHP, Java Scrap, C++ & many more.
Junior Software Developer
Tom joined the team in 2025 as our Junior Software Developer, bringing a strong technical foundation and a passion for creating efficient, modern solutions. Since joining Disking IT, he has played a key role in supporting our clients with bespoke software and infrastructure projects, including major developments within our custom ERP system.
Tom’s work focuses on building tools that streamline operations, improve visibility, and enhance productivity for the businesses we support. His attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and growing expertise in software development make him a valuable part of our technical team as we continue expanding and improving our digital solutions.
The customer development team work directly with you, learning about your business, and how we can support you both now and in your future development. The team also check in with you and your staff to ensure all is running well and handles any sales or queries that you may have.
The technical support team are the leaders in ensuring your IT’s reliability, security & uptime, keeping your business online all year round. The team are available for you remotely or onsite, to provide our jargon-free support when you need it most.
Our onsite support & installations engineers plan, design, build and implement your IT infrastructure, whether its a small office fit-out, networking, CCTV or assisting with the installation of other services. Our team has the experience and technical know-how when it comes to installations, ensuring compliant and robust installations that exceed your standards.
